Claire's baby blanket

This is the baby blanket I made for my (almost) niece Claire, born in August 2005.
The yarn is Lion Brand Homespun in Williamsburg Blue. The pattern was adapted from the big bad baby blanket in Debbie Stoller's Stitch n' Bitch book for the much larger yarn I used with size 10.5 circular needles.
