Stuffed Animals! Turtle, Stegosaurus, Cat toy

I knit this turtle for my friend Kandice's little girl Kacelyn for her 1st birthday in August 2005. The pattern is from the awesome book World of Knitted Toys by Kath Dalmeny. I used three different greens in Cotton Classic (a DK weight cotton) and size 2 straight needles.


I knit this stegosaurus for my friend Melissa's baby boy, born in December 2005. I found the pattern online at Xtreme-Knitting. I used size 6 straight needles with Cotton Classic yarn I had left over from the turtle above.


I made this cat toy for an SPCA fundraiser. It was knit with leftover Red Heart from Lilla's sweater. The pattern was adapted from the catwarming set in Debbie Stoller's Stitch n' Bitch Nation book using size 4 dpns.
